At SAVANNAHS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all security tags remain attached and that shoe soles are protected during trial to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your SAVANNAHS account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and dust bags, then pack them securely inside the SAVANNAHS shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or drop off your package at any authorized shipping point; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the items.
